Shakespeare-To-Go Kits
Multimedia kits of several plays by Shakespeare are available for middle school and high school students and teachers. The kits are designed to make Shakespeare's plays more accessible to students, reluctant readers, and to anyone interested in Shakespeare.
Each kit contains:
- Book-on-tape version of the play, unabridged
- Synopsis of the play
- Paperback version of the play, unabridged (New Folger Library edition)
- Videotape recordings of the play - one classic version and one contemporary version, if available
- Student activity ideas and project ideas for the play
- Some kits have props for students to use in acting out scenes

How to check out a kit:
At your nearest Washington county library, check the online catalog for Shakespeare-To-Go and place a hold on the kit you want. Outside of Washington County, ask your nearest public library to send an Interlibrary Loan (ILL) request to the Hillsboro Public Library in Hillsboro, Oregon. For the title, use Shakespeare-To-Go and the name of the play you want.
