Read-To-Me's and their adults may choose their own goal of reading either:

• 20 books
• on 20 days
• 20 units of 15 minutes each

Small prizes are given at sign-up, and when Read-To-Me's reach their goal they are awarded several more small prizes and their choice of a free paperback picturebook or early reader for their home library.

There are a variety of performances and special programs for children to attend, although some may have age limits to take into consideration with the youngest children.
